Every TAB Router comes with a 7-day money-back guarantee from the date you receive your device. If it's not for you, we'll make it right.
Our return window is 7 days from the date you receive your TAB Router. If 7 days have passed since delivery, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your TAB Router must be:

Once we receive and inspect your returned TAB Router, we'll send you an email confirming receipt and whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
We reserve the right to apply a restocking fee of up to 15% of the purchase price for items that show signs of significant use or damage beyond normal testing.

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged on arrival. If you received a faulty TAB Router, email us at hello@tabrouter.com and we'll arrange a replacement.
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Shipping costs from your original order are non-refundable.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for your return. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without tracking confirmation.
TAB Router does not require a subscription for core features (ad blocking, parental controls, TAB AI, cloud dashboard). These are included for life with your purchase.
The optional TAB GEO Stream add-on can be cancelled at any time through your dashboard. If you cancel within the first 30 days (trial period), you will not be charged.
